Matchback Magic will save you time and effort by:
- Making sure that you can match back to original media regardless of what happens in editorial;
- Deriving a completely accurate ALE, Spreadsheet or conformed Final Cut Pro sequence after editorial without having to track file connections manually or in a spreadsheet;
- Having the offline reference present in the conformed sequence to prove the accuracy of the conform;
- Generating ALE files at the injection phase to create a Cinema Tools database automatically, and after editorial to update the Cinema Tools database; for easy integration into current workflows.
Matchback Magic injects essential metadata into the media files and extracts it after editorial. There is no reliance on Final Cut Pro’s own media management. Regardless of what editorial does, you will always be able to conform back to the original media files (high quality or separate audio and video files, or both).
